By accessing or using MyJSONPal ("the Site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
Description of service
The Site provides free, browser-based tools for formatting, validating, repairing, minifying, and converting JSON and other data formats. All processing happens locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or otherwise process the data you enter on any of our servers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or impair the Site's infrastructure.
- Using the Site to process or distribute illegal content, malware, or any material that violates applicable law.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent any part of the Site.
No warranty
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be free of defects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyJSONPal and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, branding, and code are owned by MyJSONPal unless otherwise credited. Your data and its output remain yours — we never claim ownership of the content you process.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
